This is a proposal for a new 6 story apartment building to be built on Capitol Hill. Revising an older proposal, we developed an updated zoning feasibility study in order to maximize the development potential of this site. |

Two levels of parking will be provided below. In addition we developed a new design for the building's exterior emphasizing an asymmetrical composition that includes a combination of angled window bays and "punched" window openings in the brick walls. Brick, metal siding and stucco are the major building materials proposed. |
